I just make a simple one.

I punch out three little flowers and then punch out holes in them.

Photo of my mom and my grandfather. It is about under 1.5x1.5 size. So I scanned it to computer, fixed some areas and print it big than original size.

add brads to plastic flower over ribbon over pp border.
