This was a page that I made for a challenge called "sew away." You could use machine or hand stitching and I found some really cool digital paper that I used as my inspiration for the page. I kept it very minimal so the dandelion-type flowers wouldn't be competing with much. I hand stitched those crazy flowers. I inked my bare chipboard with a dark brown but left it a little thin for a bit of a textured look and, of course, I had to put some dots on one letter. I inked the A with an orange dauber and put slighty darker orange dots on it. I really liked the way the flowers turned out. Products used:
DCWV cs, Walmart ribbon, Scenic Route pp, Creative Imaginations coaster flower, Elsie pp ("you rock"), and a Chatterbox orange flower, BG bare chipboard, AC thickers, dark brown ColorBox fluid chalk inkpad, Creative Living orange ink dauber, CM tape runner, glue dots. TFL!!
