So, I wanted to make a box. Badly. Ended up sketching up a template, made the basic box out of textured cardstock, painted the background with alcohol ink and lumiere paint stuffs and gold leaf pen, stamped the cherry blossom and whatever the little red thing is called then painted in the cherry blossoms with gel pen and acrylic paint and glitter glue, then ended up reinforcing the box with mat paper covered with pink parchment style paper, used eyelets/tabs/brads to make the closures for the box since we couldn't find magnetic sticky tape (like this better anyhow) and coated the whole thing in like four layers of glossy modpodge.
