Graduation album became a memorial album

Checking first that his mom hadn't already prepared an album, I made this album for the graduation of my son's best friend. I left plenty of room for the family to add photos and memorabilia. As it turned out, the graduation album was put on display as a memorial at his funeral two months later. Heavy textured teal supports the words CONGRATS GRAD cut from a silver plastic necklace from Nobbies. Map paper from a travel pages kit echoes the school's globe design on the cover of the graduation program which is backmatted by the teal.
