The journaling reads: When we got Jake, he had "long-haired chihuahua" on his card at the Humane Society, but a few years ago, Alex found a dog magazine that had photos of papillons (pap-pee-yonz) and they looked just like Jake! Ever since then, there has been a "debate" between me and Matt. I think Jake is a papillon and he thinks not. Who knows for sure. But I guess it doesn't really matter. He's always going to be loved for who he is...not what he is.
