I mostly have to container garden on my deck but I do have one "bed" along the front of the screened in porch. My old 4 o'clocks got dumped out of their containers this year to make room for some lillies my ds and his wife (taranictic4) gave me for mother's day. The lillies did really well - the four o'clocks set free did even better except they so enjoyed their freedom that they turned into homocidial maniacs against the rudbeckia and cone flowers that have thrived during other years. So, I guess the front bed now belongs to them and I'll find someplace else for the rudbeckia and cone flowers. This is the right side of a two page layout - the other well-behaved vining plant is a black-eyed susan. They're just so cheerful!
