wow poo bear!! this is awesome--i dindnt know you back in november so i know i probably didnt comment on this--this is just so beautiful!! love how you took the victorian look from the photo all the way on your layout--and the use of that lace is awesome--this is just---amazing!! love it all!!
What a special picture! This REALLY has a heritage feel! It reminds me of the victorian scrapbooks, when ladies used to tuck cards, lace and other momentos in scrapbooks. Beautiful!
Where do I begin with the love?! First off the photo is just beautiful. I agree that the little shoe is darling. Nice job incorporating all the elements, they work so well together.
This is so beautiful!
This album is going to be such a treasure!!!! Your were right to use this pp for that stunning photo, and your embellishments and design are just simply perfect! Fave!
This is another page for my mom's album of my mom....yea, I know I was using the Blue Awning collection for the album, but decided to use something different for a few of the wedding photos.
I don't know who the pp is...I've had in my stash for awhile, I used a Hambly screenprint in the background, that's called Grandma's Wallpaper. I distressed and inked with my scissors and walnut distressing ink. I used some lace and ivory pearls that I purchased from Joann's notions section along with the antiquey/vintage buttons including the little shoe on the bottom right hand corner, (love it)...I cut out some swirls on the Cricut, then painted gold, along with the frame around the title, which is a piece of chipboard, again from a cheapy package I've had in my stash that I purchased @ Joann's. I printed the title on vellum using the Edwardian Script on Microsoft Word, I tucked in a few roses that I purchased from Micheals wedding dept., added some bling and called it done.
To date, I think this is my favorite one of the album.
