This was inspired by one of those promotional CD calendars that I got at work. The actual calendar parts were cut from the promo calendar cards and added to cardstock bases layered w/ patterned paper (hard to see here but the edges of each layer are inked). The base is chipboard that's been scored/folded and painted, top edge is connected by Terrifically Tacky Tape and a line of glue on the inside. I stamped dots of green ink over important dates with a pencil eraser.
