What a great space! Lucky you! So, the moral of the story? Leave your scrappin stuff out until it drives the DH crazy and get a scrap room all your own!? I love it! Enjoy your new space! You deserve it!

Thanks all, I'm grateful...I was on my kitchen table and DH got tired of eating in the living room and I got evicted from the kitchen. So when we moved a space just for me was apart of the deal.... I never thought it would be so large. I would have been happy with the laundry room.
