from my February DT work for Scrapbooking From the Inside Out.
Details: I cut the circles from the KI sheer and layered them on the page. I then cut a piece off the velvet trim and tied it in a knot on the centre bar of the buckle and then slide the buckle onto the rest of the trim. The stickers were popped up with foam squares. The sheer circles were attached with Stix2 adhesive dots and are virtually invisible.
