Wow - this is just amazing and totally spectacular! A wonderful lo with so much thought gone into it - you have a gift here girl! And what a touching sentiment and prayer to share with your little one - lovely!
I think this is adorable and extremely artistic, you should do it more often, although I love your other LO styles as well, but this must have taken a lot of thought and creation and it shows.
I think you did an awesome job of this lo and it is very touching!! I knew exactly what it was all about even before I read your story so you definitely got the message across! It is truly stunning and the expression on your little baby's face is priceless!!
OH MY GOODNESS....this is absolutely awesome! and this shouldn't be the last time you try this style! love every detail....and it has that freshness you don't see all too often.....so many perfect details....love the papers you used here....love the journaling on the cloud....most adorable photo...look at all the hair on that baby....both my babies were virtually bald :o) This is fabulous! and the hands you found on the internet are absolutely perfect for this! fave!!!
You know, I really think this is an awesome LO and that it shows you DO know how to create this contemporary type of work.. If I were you, I'd try some more, you obviously had some great ideas because it is fabulous to look at !!!!! Into my faves
This is a tremendously fabulous layout! It caught my eye in the gallery, and I am even more amazed at it. You captured the emotion and tenderness of such a monumental moment!
This is a very unusual lo for me!The first,(and probably the last) lo I'll do like this!I don't think I'm very good at contemporary, artsy kinda stuff! It was kind of a challenge for myself. When my baby boy was born,I knew,as most new moms do,that he was a gift from God.I just wanted to try and express that on paper. And this is what I came up with. This photo is one of my favorites! His little concerned look just touches my heart!I just wanted to do everything in my power that I could to make his life wonderful!I still do! The background pp is by Dream Street.I cut out the rays of light and glued them on.I knew I wanted God's hands coming out of the sky,but the only thing I could find online was a close-up of the hands in Michelangelo's,Creation of Man.Then I printed, cut out,and inked them.Cut out some clouds from a double I had.I cut stars and bursts on my cricut, added a ghost clock and was done. The journaling reads: Dear God, Thank you for this precious gift You've bestowed upon me.Please help me to be the best mommy I can be for this child.Always keeping him healthy, happy, safe, and loved.Thank You,Father! Amen
