I would definately have to keeps notes to remember when to take these! Maybe even one of those M,T,W,T,F,S,S thingies that hold all your meds for each day of the week! =}

These are some of my medicine, the 2 on the left and my psych meds (keeps me under controll with my temper and depression) The 2 in the middle are my pain and muscle relaxers (for my foot) the one with the blue cap is to help with my allergies, the 3 on the right are for my cholesterol and triglycerides which are way high. all these meds have had a positive influnce on my health, and hope they keep making them too.
