Journalling: Sculptures 'another small sample of what the museum offers' / {far left} Eugène Guillaume "Anaceréon"/ Charles de George "la jeunesse d'Aristotle" (Young Aristotle) / {lower left} Frédèric-Auguste Bartholdi "le bon Samaratain" [trivia not in the journalling - Bartholdi is the artist of the Statue of Liberty!] / Antonin Mercié "David"/ Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux "la France impériale portant la lumiere dans la monde et protégant les sciences, l'argriculture et l'industrie" (Imperial France carrying the light to the world and protecting science, agriculture, and industry.) / {upper right} Francois Rude "Napoleon s'évillent a l'immortalité" / {lower right} Cordier " Arabe d'El Aghout en burnous" [made of bronze, marble, & onyx]
