My brother always likes to wear funny shirts. I kind of misundersood this one! Journaling reads:
Ok, I never said I was the brightest bulb on the chandelier! The family met up for dinner to celebrate Mom's birthday and my brother showed up wearing this T-shirt. I gave it a passing chuckle and glanced at my husband with the old "oh my goodness, the nerve" eyebrow arch. The only imagery dancing through my head was that of the "free" generation at "Woodstock" dancing in all of their mushroom euphoria. After the celebration, when bidding goodnight to each other outside our vehicles, my brother asked me "How'd you like my shirt? Pretty funny huh? I'm a Fun Guy, get it? He, he!" I said something to the effect that I couldn't believe he wore a shirt referring to drugs. He laughed so hard and set me straight on the whole mushroom, meaning fungi thing! Duh!!!
