My hubby and I at a friend's house last month...
I absolutely LOVE the look of the Fiskars Threading Water Border Punch, but since I don't have one (YET, lol!!), I decided to do it on my own! I have a card that has a scalloped edge so I used it as a template and then hand cut the scallops. After that, I used my eyelet punch to make the holes. Pretty nifty, huh? ;)
