This is Bill's bus (or the bigger of his two) which he stores at Hickam AFB in Hawaii. In Oahu, all the city buses have "The Bus" on the side of them and his does too. He bought it at a city auction!

He stores clothes on it so he never has to take clothes to Hawaii - we are set up with shorts, jeans, and t-shirts. He also stores about 40,000 license plates on the bus, as well as a grill, and other things to make life comfortable when we go back twice a year.

We even have enough pots, pan and dishes so we can cook in our hotel room or on the base.

The bottom right is a picture of him going through some of the boxes of license plates which were just delivered - 15,000 were shipped from Maui to wash, sort, and deliver to customers in the gift shops.

Most of the plates are brand new, never used, but some are very used. Awful condition and we take those to the recycler. When we are working we both make a stack of our "ugliest" plates in the worst condition and laugh when he finds one uglier than mine or I find one uglier than his and at the end of the sorting we judge who found the ugliest plate.
