I made this cake for my stepdad's retirement party. He's been living, eating and breathing fishing since he retired last month and this lifesize fish cake was a perfect tribute to the fisherman. This is a half-sheet cake and the head and tail are both cake covered in fondant. The fin is made with gumpaste. This cake is 100% edible.
