Description: This is for the ETG Summer Challenge. We were to scrap a fave summer memory. I choose the day I got to go up in Uncle Eric's Ultralight. It was one of the most thrilling experiences I have ever had. I am so thankful I got to go up when I did because shortly after he sold it and moved to Florida. Mind you I wanted to be a pilot growing up, so you can see the draw this had for me. This is my version of gutspiel's 'Where are we?' LO.
Journaling reads: 6-21-02 Getting the chance to go up in Uncle Eric's Ultralight is still one of my favorite summer memories. The feel of the wind on my face and the rush of the open cock-pit will forever be a cherished memory to me!
*Be kind, I know the pose in the top picture isn't very lady like. But that's how you sit when you fly tandem.

This is so super-cool!! I love the clean, simple look of this with the little pops of color. LOVE how you "framed" the LO with those wavy strips of paper. Looks like you had so much fun, too!! Awesome memory to scrap and fabulous job on the challenge!!
