Description: I took this pic of my grand daughter on my last visit to Denver. I actually got some pretty good ones that time!!
I used the rubs that were in the Swirlydoos July kit and the pp, but everything else is from my stash. I just LOVE these fences!! And the trike is a metal charm that I found at Michaels! I think another trip to M's is in order!! lol!
Been using so many circles in my layouts lately, I wanted to do something different. NO circles!!! lol!!! The quote reads: "Life is a series of beautiful moments that, over time, add up to be precious memories."
This is a scraplift of Hilde79 and her layout "I'll be there" which was just tooo beautiful! Thank you so much for the inspiration.
My favorite part of this layout is the high contrast between the shaded side of her face and the sunny side. You've lost no detail in the shaded side, which is so important to a picture like this. I love the background paper, because it is sort of pale and bleached, like it had been also afflicted by the same hot sun. It's a real subtle way to pull the composition and the picture together. Genius really!
Okay, this might be my most favourite of all your pages and that's saying a lot Robin 'cause you know I love your work!.....this is so delicate and beautiful!! I just want to keep scrolling up and staring at it!
