This layout was done for the "Use Your Scraps" Challenge. I tell you I was so tempted to NOT use my scraps because I just could not get this to come together like I wanted it to. I had the sketch in mind that I wanted to use but it just didnt seem to want to pull together for me, but I got it without having to pull out any "new" paper so everything you see here are scrap pieces of paper.
The first photo is of me and 4 of my sisters, at the time this photo was taken there was only 5 of us (now there is 8!, thats me on the right in in the FOXY t-shirt, wasnt I the cutest little thing! LOL) .
The bottom photo is a more recent picture of SOME of my sisters, minus me and one more. Its so hard to get all of us home at one time to take one photo!
Journaling reads:
God sent us to be sisters
So we can be best of friends
To be there for one another
Even when there is pain
I thank the Lord for my sisters
For whom I truly love and care
We shared so many things together
Like laughter and some scares
It's funny how we sometimes argue
I guess it's normal, in this world
But, having you as all as my sisters
Means more to me than you'll ever know
I wouldn't trade you for anything
and I will never, ever let you go
As our friendship continues to grow
So will my love and admiration for you
Just always remember you can talk to me
I'll be the best friend you ever knew
