I got tasked with making covers for the binders for all the leaders in my Girl Scout Troop. This one is for my binder! The flowers are from a Girl Scout calendar and I made the paper doll using a cut out I often use with my troop (plus it has big anime eyes and I like anime). The rest of the stuff was stamped or made on my Cricut.
