On Golden Pond

My DS and me last Fall enjoying the view of the pond and turning leaves at our local park. I tried to mimic the color of the fall leaves with the buttons in shades of green, yellow and red. The heart on the tree gives the date. The leather cord around the tree is from my stash as a beader. I wanted to keep an earthy feel.

I wasn't sure if I should do more with the top 4th of the page. At first, I had a layered felt flower in the upper L corner, but I thought it pulled the eyes away from the photo. Still not sure, though, if the top part of the page needs something for balance? I appreciate your feedback. Thanks for looking.
