this was for a challenge on our thread by Luzma, to lift a layout of hers, she chose 2 and we could choose which one to do. Gosh is it hard to lift someone as talented as that, I chose 'Pretty Garden'. The variations are mainly due to the difference in papers where you have to improvise, I loved her topsy title so thought I would try and do the same, but found that difficult to do without having a similar font, anyway I'm happy with the result and the pleasure at being able to learn from her,

This picture was taken our first 'very hot' day in Saigon or 'Ho Chi Minh City' as some call it now, officially when the war ended the Communist Rule dictated that it be changed to Ho Chi Minh City but quickly found that the older population and the tourists they hoped to draw, could not adapt to that, so the city area is officially Ho Chi Minh City and the outer suburbs are offically Saigon and as my husband was there during the war we automatically called it Saigon.

This was our first example of 'real' Vietnamese food at a beautiufl restaurant our pesonal guide took us to, apart from the starters which was a bowl of suspiious looking contents which I skipped, the rest was superb as was the food for the entire trip.

Used the Cricut Cart Home Accents for the almost top left corner leaf ct out, and the flourishes on the right. Cursive 101 Cart for the Font and the scallop down the straight strip to the left.
