I'm not quite sure how old my daughter is here but she didn't do the toe-noming for long. I was very happy to get this shot of her.
I used a sketch from Sketchy Thursday (Oct 15, 2009).
It's hard to tell in the picture but the blue and yellow papers are great matches to the blue and yellow in the purple strip. That shade of blue is also in the accents on the sleeper she's wearing.
When I first finished the layout, I didn't put the yellow border on. It just didn't look right so I trimmed off the edges of blue and put the whole thing on that yellow paper. I think it turned out really well. I used glimmer mist on the flowers to give them a little sheen.
