do you journal or blog? like margy said I'm sure it can help. Just talking about to. I don't have depresson but my best friend does and she always comes to me and talks and she says she always feels better afterwards! I realy hope you continue to be happy right through the struggles!

Wow, good job on the journaling! I have found that when my depression hits, writing helps a lot. I especially love to write poetry.
