This is a wonderful layout! Very feminine, delicate colors. Yes the layering is perfect, the print paper around the picture gives the feel this was cut out of a newspaper! I love the colors and the way the ribbon matches lettering color. I am eager to try using the distress ink. I have never done that but I am definitely going to give it a try! Awesome job!
