This month I was the Guest Designer for Color Me Miki, a super cute kit club. All supplies are from the Dec 2009 Kit.
Every year we go on an ornament shopping trip--I take my kids and the nephews and we each buy one really special ornament for the tree. Each ornament is labeled with the kid's name and the year. Maybe when they get married or graduate college I'll give them their box of ornaments we've collected over the years so they can start their own collection with their family. This year we went to Collective Journey, a scrapbook store I teach at that also offers gift items.

we do the same thing with getting a new ornament every year but i never thought of putting my kids names on them to give when there older great idea
