Hi Shawn! I know I commented on this page which I LOVE!!! but today i have noticed that I forgot to put it into my faves, so I came back to do it! Hugs. Lidia
Wonderful memorial to your FIL and what a lovely page. You did such a great job adding items that were special to him and your family. A layout with much love.
Lovely tribute to your FIL at Christmas...my father lived in Vegas, and had his theories about gambling, but didn't win often enough! Luv what you did with this!
Oh Shawn!!! This is just fantastic! I love how you placed the playing card like matting & those corners look awesome!!! The Vintage images are perfect!!!!
Shawn, this is so beautiful and touching!! I love all the little details like the anchor button and clock.. all the little things that represent him. I am sorry to read he has passed away, but what a amazing tribute to him!
I'm so sorry for your loss Shawn. I imagine you miss him even more at Christmas. This is a beautiful tribute page. I love how you included embellishments that show his personality.
Oh, he looks such a lovely man and you've made a great tribute to your dear FIL. I love the papers you used and the colours are beautiful. Lovely and so very appropriate embellishments.

aaaawww how sad Shawn I am so sorry for your loss, he looks so cute and sweet on that photo, What a beautiful lo Shawn, love the punched corner, beautiful papers and embellies, super adorable page my friend.I Love it so much.

I made this page as a gift for my dh....this is my dear FIL at our house on one of the last Christmases we spent with him. We lost him Feb '08.
I used; December Pagemaps sketch graphic 45 Christmas Past & Fashionista (thanks, sassy friend!) HSwapp giant playing card HSwapp edge distresser cardboard ribbon anchor button MStewart lattice punch metal Tim Holtz muse coin & photo turn brown ink MMemories clock face Paper Company Vintage flower and leaf Stickles-Cinnamon
My FIL went to Las Vegas regularly, thus the card! LOL...he had theories on how to win, which he frequently did. He was in the Navy in WWII, thus the anchor button. He loved old things so I put the clock and old coin on the page as well as vintage Christmas images. He was a man of integrity, honor and creativity! He is missed.
