heres a list of all the things my dd has been into lately. :)
Thinks that everyone, including me, is her age, 2!
Is very independent, if you take too long to do something, she'll attempt it herself!
Drinks more milk than anything else throughout the day.
Has mild/medium eczema.
Mostly follows directions.
Sits just fine during dinner at home or restaurant.
Does NOT share easily her toys with other children.
Loves to snuggle.
Hates long car drives.
Falls asleep practically underneath me!
Always reaches her hands under the pillows to fall asleep.
Is extremely sensitive and caring. If even a cartoon character gets “hurt”, she cries!
Loves all animals, except spiders and bugs, which she says “Eww!” to.
Three foods she's always loved; Mac ‘n' Cheese, mashed potatoes, and rice and beans (Abuela style).
Has an attitude and will throw a temper tantrum if she doesn't get her way. (Timeouts are now fixing that problem! )
Loves to help around the house and be helpful.
Loves exploring new places and things. She always finds a “favorite” rock or stick outside!
Gets frightened easily.
Is afraid of zombies, monsters, robots, or any other antagonist “hiding” in the dark.
Can watch TV for hours if allowed.
Can seriously draw and paint! She amazes me with the likeliness of her subjects.
Knows all of her simple shapes and all her colors.
Her favorite color changes everyday! Today it is red, yesterday it was pink.
Has had about 5 episodes of night terrors.
Loves to dance and sing songs.
Gives the best kisses and warmest hugs!
Has a great memory of stories and events.
Has a million hiding spots for randomness.
Loves baby dolls, barbies, and pretend toys.
Her favorite TV shows are, Dora the Explorer, Ni-Hao Kai-Lan, Yo! Gabba Gabba, and Spongebob Squarepants.
Really gets into her pretend play all by herself.
Loves board games.
Never naps!
Is really well mannered, says “Yes ma'am” when prompted or reminded.
Craves lots of attention and affection.
Adores real babies, and wants to have a baby sister!
Speaks mostly clearly in full sentences.
Doesn't fall sleep on her own.
Can recognize a few letters in the alphabet, knows numbers 1-13 in English, 1-10 in Spanish.
Is a girly girl! She does not like to get dirty but loves to paint her nails and be pampered.
Loves to act silly and funny to make me laugh or cheer me up.
Runs to mommy when she's hurt, sad, bored, or hungry.
Fights bath time but once in the tub she never wants to get out.
Her whispered secrets for us always end in, “I love you.”
Changes her own outfits randomly for no other reason than because what she has on, is quote, “UGLY!”.
Never cleans up after her toys.
Her room is a MESS of scattered toys all over the floor.
Knows our bedtime routine; bath, bedtime story, and lastly our bedtime prayers.
Usually falls asleep in bed with us. Ugh!
Is newly really into fairytales and princesses.
Her made up stories start off, “Once upon a time, there was a beautiful princess that lived in a beautiful castle.” Oh Boy!
Expresses herself better when reminded to “use her words”.
