I created this altered stand up Christmas Tree for the Say It With Letters Design Team. I pulled out my green scraps and started cutting them into strips--then I punched different borders onto the scraps. I traced the wooden tree shape onto a piece of cardstock and cut it out. Using my sewing machine, I sewed the border strips across the entire tree. Then I trimmed the edges, sewed along the edge and then adhered it to the wooden tree base. I Glimmer Misted the whole thing and then added a sequin star applique to the top.
