Stogies & Fogies

This was taken on Uncle Pete's ("celebrate") birthday last April. My son-in-law ("indulge") bought all the boys cigars (which none of them never partake in) thinking it would be great fun to teach Christian ("learn") how to smoke a stogie. After this picture was taken, Uncle Pete got so sick...he was green for several days. Little did we know that his liver had already been taken over by cancer and would pass away just five month later. I wanted to capture this moment because of it's "Italian" look - it was like an afternoon in Miami with the Sopranos! I just die-cut the letters and palm trees with the Cricut, colored the letters, shaded the trees, and stamped the words that best expressed each smoker. Very very simple...but oh so funny!
