They Expect Us To Sleep?

Journaling: "The church camp caretakers were so kind to make sure we were comfortable in our cabins. Rather than the typical single sleeping mat, they stacked several mats to cushion us as we slept and gave us soft pillows for our heads. However, none of this protected us from the geckos and mice that we soon learned shared our space. I did not see any mice, but I heard the noisy geckos all night long. I put a barricade of suitcases and pllows around my mat to ward off any scampering critters, but just the fear of what might be luking in the dark kept me awake most of the night. I have never been so happy to see morning!!"
