This is for the Cutllebug Challenge Blog today!
I made this using stiff felt that I cut to the shape of a pennant and
measured it around the dowel so that I could staple it to fit.
Then I covered the staples with pink felt that has a peel and stick backing.
Using that same pink felt, I cut flowers with ProvoCraft's Cuttlebug 2x2 Flower #1die set #37-1206.
Then I added buttons, string, ribbon, ric-rac, and flower rhinestones to finish this fun little project!
