My great Aunt worked for the State Dept. from 1941-1974 in the US Foreign Services. I'm not sure who I lifted the idea from as the center rip is such a fad now. I've seen so many versions of it, that I just had to try it! I'll work on the matching page soon. Thanks for looking!
