I absolutely love this ode to wisteria! One of the houses I lived in as a child had wisteria vines growing up the back porch, it was so immensely pretty and smelled beautiful when in full bloom.
I was drawn to the page by the design and great flowers, but what I really love is the hidden journaling you shared. Those really are fabulous photos. Sarah should be proud. Great memory to scrap.
Awesome! I love purple flowers!
The vine you created is a blast! Very beautiful! I also want to mark those three photos on the right gradually losing the color - attractive effect. And the drops on the tag - just like morning dew =)
Everything about this is amazing! Simply stunning, from the photos to the incredible title work and the beautiful colours that just work so perfectly together with the pic! Incredible!
This LO is really amazing!! I just keep looking at it and amazed by all of the fabulous little details that you put into it! I love the lettering you used and, as always, your doodling is fantastic! And I haven't even mentioned how much I love Sarah's beautiful photo!!!
beautiful photos and page! I love wisteria-to me there's something so romantic and old-fashioned about it.Love the way you created the vine and used the grapes as a base..very creative idea!
This is simply beautiful!! You scrapped this photo perfectly!! Love all the work you put into this- the vines, the flowers, title lettering, the doodling!! Fantastic job! Straight to my faves!!
Perfect design and great details on this gorgeous layout! Congratulations to Sarah for having her photo selected. I love to look at Wisteria but allergies won't let me get near it!

Absolutely gorgeous and the detail you have put in to this layout is amazing. The photography is beautiful and congratulations to your daughter for her photo being chosen!
How VERY lovely!! Great photo by Sarah!! I love how you decorated the page to match the photo so nicely. I must say, looking at this LO is so relaxing.... makes me feel carefree!! :)
The journaling is on the tag behind the large photo and reads: "Years ago Daddy planted this Wisteria vine in his front yard and trained it into a small tree. It is so pretty every spring when it breaks out in bloom. This beautiful photo, taken by Sarah, was chosen by our bank to be in their 2010 calendar. She was so excited when she found out that her photo was selected from hundreds of entries to be the “March” photo. Such an honor for a young photographer! Journaled by Mama -July 19, 2010"
I made the vine using the Cricut to cut out several elements - grape cluster from Savory; branch1 and branch5 from Storybook. Small flowers and leaves in corners are punches. I also used Fiskars border punches around the photo and on the journaling tag. The letters are Storybook (fancy corner). I used two greens, three purples and brown Colorbox inks. The vine is hand drawn using Zig pens. The doodling on the flowers is done with Zig and Signo pens. The clear embellies on the tag are Dew Drops by The Robins Nest. Thanks so much for looking!!
