Supplies:
Paper - Creative Imaginations, Chatterbox, Bo Bunny Press, Prima, Cosmo Cricket
Shape Tool and Bubble Caps - Epiphany Crafts
Alpha Stickers - K & Co, My Little Shoebox
Inks - Clear Snap (Smooch Spritz and Chalk Cat Eye)
Gems - MAMBI, KaiserCraft
Diecut - Silhouette

First, I sprayed the page with Smooch Spritz. Then I punched a bunch of circles from scraps and added them to the page. I found a scrap in my stash that I had diecut a swirl from - I used that as a stencil to ink the swirls onto the page. I then added the bubble caps with paper behind them and gems to make "water droplets". Finally, a title and journaling. Fast and affordable!
