Hi Parthenon ladies! This is the technique I was talking about, Barbara. I used the MS Loopy corner punch to punch the design around my circle. I started with a 10.25" circle and it "finishes" at about that same size, depending how far in you punch. I punched very close to the edge of the paper. The corner punch "wings" must be left folded in, of course.
