Mannequin tag

I made this little tag (7" approximately) for a group challenge in PIT and just love how cute it turned out!

I used the template that Helene supplied the group and I traced it into a scrap brown paper. I used a doily (or a piece anyway) for the right side. The tiny white roses I handmade (don't they look like Prima's?) and the swirls & stitches are also handmade. The template
was just for the mannequin but I felt like it wasn't completed so I added legs and sewed around the edges, inspired by Prima's Fabric Stitched Shapes Dress forms.
