This is for my pal Jenn. Used several products I have never worked with before as well as style. It is a Victorian/vintage banner, Cardboard form. The paper used is DCWV Vintage Collage Stack exclusive to Michael's. Each pendant is boarded in white lace, with a scalloped medalion destressed using 3 types of ink, brown, gold and silver. On each medalion is a chipboard letter with sparkles and rinestones. On the bottom of each banner is a Rinestone flirish, the top has a piece of glitter CS, also by DCWV, in light pink with a lace ribbon and pearls layed over top. The ribbon is a white scalloped ribbon that has handmade bows on the ends.
