the gold is perfect and love the story of the drunks. I guess you guys attract the weirdo's too. never falls whenever we go somewhere we have a story like this. When we went to mall of america last year we were coming out of wal-mart and some guy walking in randomly picked Patrick to high 5. I'm like what you know someone in MN?!! then we busted out laughing
Love how you did the title, it really sets off the gold on the Griffons. I don't think I've ever seen a lo about St. Petersburgh before. That must have been an interesting trip.
Beautiful bridge, how funny that you added the drunk people. I would have just deleted that pic as soon as they walked away....LOL But I guess, it is a memory.
Another lo from St. Petersburg and their gorgeous pedestrian bridges. This is for week 2 of Mrs. Tristan's old pagemaps challenge. I inked the chipboard letters in gold and then tim holtz peeled paint to try and give them patina look.
The journaling reads: "This is by far the narrowest of all the pedestrian bridges -- just 1.85 meters wide.
The drunks wouldn't leave until we took their photo. They had been at the “White Nights” party -- this is now 10 am in the morning.
This was my favorite bridge -- The Griffons were just beautiful. "
