I love the journaling on this page. How true it is. It would benefit us all to simplify our lives in this day of over-extension of our lives with commitments and electronics to savor the moments with our families. Children grow up too fast, parents grow old, families move in different directions. Although I don't have this word as a guideline, I will certainly try to commit to its objectives.
