You never cease to amaze me! I can't wait to try making those flowers. I wonder if the word "day" would work. Even if someone were to read it as "serene day" (if the word was enlarged)- it would still make sense. I agree, whatever you choose, it'll be perfect. I just love your work!
This one might be my favorite of yours this month! I really can't ever choose, but I LOVE this page!! The softness is just such a perfect match with the picture and the title!! I love the flowers you made, too! I love... I love... :)
Gorgeous page! Love the soft colors here and the title is perfect. Such a cute photo of your daughter too! Love the bling, and I'm going to have to go and look at how you make your flowers again!!!
Another fave, such delicate colours, it all comes together so beautifully and I love how you did that Dusty Attic gate to look so authentic. I am loving your handmade blooms, so looking forward to checking out your latest blog news and tutorials.
Another GORGEOUS layout! I am sooooo impressed with your blooms ~ it's hard to tell which ones are yours, and which ones are the Prima's ~ Honestly! So, so soft and lovely!!!
Beautiful! I love the two-toned flourish, florals, and the ric-rac. Lovely design too! (I agree with my mom about inserting the word "sun" or "dawn." I also like the word "fireflies" for this one.)
Gabi, oh how much I love what you`ve created with that pretty papers. You made it even prettier. Love the DA chipboard and the way you used the rub-ons! Another favorite for me!
Very pretty LO - sweet pic, gorgeous floral arrangement and an endearing poem. ("Sun" or "Dawn" which begins each new day - are my suggestions for the missing word.)
This caught my eye because my dd's name is Serena! Such a lovely page...your handmade flowers really make this design special. Gorgeous cutwork too! Very cool how you altered the crystal flourish...must try that! Always can count on you for inspiration!! This beauty goes into my FAVES!!!
I was so tickled to get all these wonderful new Prima papers and embellies in the September Limited Edition kit from 'My Creative Scrapbook!!" ....This is the 5th l/o I made with this kit and I still have lots of those gorgeous papers left and even some unopened Prima blooms!! This kit was crazy packed!
For this l/o I combined cut blooms from the Prima papers, blooms from the kit and some handmade blooms. The flourish (also in the kit) I tinted with some Tim Holtz alcohol ink and a Q-tip. For the Dusty Attic gate I painted it with some turquoise paint and dabbed on a little bronze 3D paint with my finger to give it a rusty/verdigris look. For more information and tips, come have a peek at my blog here ~~> http://gabriellepollacco.blogspot.com/2010/09/its-here-september-kits-from-my.html
Oh! and the photo is of my youngest daughter at the cottage....lol! but I noticed I forgot something!...the Prima rub-on has this really sweet quote on it but it leaves the last word empty! I meant to put in the word...'sun'? ...maybe?....any suggestions? ;)
Oh!...I meant to add, if you want to know how to make the blooms I made on this page just click on the 'Water Distressed Blooms Tutorial' in the right hand column of my blog! :)
