Everytime I would look at this photo I would hear that song "Delta Dawn". This layout is so out of my usual clean graphic style but I was determined to try and finally make a layout that had that real vintage look. If anyone had seen me working on this layout they would have laughed because I had brown ink from one end of me to the other. This was one messy project.
**Just a side note about these papers by Daisy D...I hated this line when I first saw it...I am normally a huge fan of this company's papers...but I saw 2 other people do a layout with it and even though I didn't like the the individual papers...it really looked good done in this style. Just goes to show you that you never know what you can create, given the right inspiration.
