This LO is my entry for round one of the Round Robin challenge over at Swirlydoos. I did the twist, which was to scrap your hero. Here I scrapped my maternal grandfather, who endured a whole lot in his life, and was taken too soon.
the photo was taken in approx 1956, the year my grandparents, my mom and her sister moved from the prairies to BC, and he got a job as a bus driver. he was walking down the street one day, and some photographer asked if he could take his picture. I have ALWAYS loved this pic, and am glad i finally scrapped it. I always thought it was like a movie star shot.
I made the flower using the TH die, with old prima paper, and it shows up too much in the photo, but used a transparency for the title, to get it lined up perfectly. it doesn't show up as much IRL
TFL and for any comments you leave for me :)
