This window will be right behind my chair. That's a hurricane shutter on the outside and a shed sits against it. I want to cover it on the inside and use the space. It is 26" by 62" and will have a 4 in space once I put plywood over the window.
There will be tall Billy bookshelves on either side of the window.

BTW - I also especially like the idea of rows of shelving!

That would be a great place to hang several curtain rods for ribbon, stickers, etc.

I hate to see windows covered, I love scrapping with natural light. But since the shed has it covered anyway- I can't wait to see what you decide to do with the much more useful wall space!
