Oh how cool!! What a neat experience!! My eighth grade English teacher many many years ago let the class watch X-Files the entire last month of school... LOL - he is no longer teaching haha I wasn't sure how that connected to the English curriculum!!
What an AMAZING event!!! So cool that you got to see him!! (I'm guessing you're the one taking photos of Karen) Karen must have been thrilled! (although his flat hair is a let down :)
What a great moment and what a great thing to do to scrap it! I love the feel of the whole thing too...great layout in general. I like the whole neutral thing you've got going on.
what a great lo preserving your sister's encounter with David Duchnovy. I am sure she will be thrilled with this. How Lucky for her. Love the pp you used and the way you stitched the fiber thru the holes in the scalloped border - very creative. The entire design is wonderful!!!
I made this layout for my twin sister, Karen. (She is in the photos, not me!! LOL!) Journaling reads: I went to NYC with Karen & Barb to see David Duchovny in his new off-Broadway play “The Break of Noon” on November 6, 2010. Karen has always loved him ever since he starred in “The X-Files” TV series! After the play, we stood at the front entrance trying to decide on a place to wait, because we heard rumors that he signed autographs at the earlier performance. What a thrill it was for Karen when he walked out of the front entrance of the theater and stopped to sign autographs, talk, and take pictures with his fans! TFL!!
