Hi everyone! Hope you are all enjoying the holidays! This is a layout of my children. The larger picture was taken about 4 years ago. They used to always go to work with me, and one day I just found them on the floor in this hugging position. I found it to be so precious and sweet (especially since my son wouldn't go near my daughter for months after she was born). The other picture is one I took of them sleeping. I found them this way- with my daughter's foot on her brother's head LOL. I thought it was hilarious and could not miss this photo opportunity. I know these aren't 'picture perfect' photos, but sometimes the candid shots are the most sentimental :o)

Love, love, LOVE how you used the border punch in a few select places and distressed and stitched the rest; so effective and beautiful! Cute font for 'sibling' and the pinks and blues are so gorgeous together. Beautiful distressing and masking too! Headed straight for my faves!

okay okay....I concede! You win for longest product list and most techniques on a lo!!! ha ha! I'm bush league compared to you :) Such sweet tender moments you captured! And created a lovely page that embodies that tenderness too, with the soft color palette and gentle elements. Very cool zigzag...totally brings focus to the main photo. Love the altered heart with the two birdies! Your punched edges are sooo pretty, and I like how you only worked on partial edges on top and bottom. The masking looks fantastic! Gorgeous!! I love scrapping candid pictures... that's at the heart of my scrapbooking. I might do some purposeful photo shoots from time to time but candid shots capture (in my eyes) moments of life... And of course, your scrapbooking style is so superbly beautiful, so full of life and details and one can see the loving care with which you make these works of art!

Your pictures are totally perfect!!!! Make no mistake. Another LO crammed with inspirational technique. So let's start off: love the ribbon rik-rac effect. That was time consuming but you are sooooo very good at creating interesting effects with ribbon. love the flowers, the coloring of the edges. The punching and where you chose to place it. Your stitching. Just everything is so crafted and well thought out. Love this.
