SHCG: sorry for the late post I missed this one.
I like your idea for a pocket to hold the cards but it's not really clear that this is a pocket so the sideway card threw me at first. If I could suggest adding an actual pocket, plain paper starting under the ribbon (would show off the ribbon) down to the bottom. The pocket could be on of the colors in the title. But I would suggest making it very plain. A place to give the eye a rest. (and it would really help show off the ribbin which is getting lost amongst the cards & background pattern paper.
SHCG - So great you keep your cards, & this is a marvelous way to do so! I think the plastic sleeve works well here. I like the patterns & I LOVE those title letters. Before I read the comments below, I thought the same as Jesse & Brenda, I can visualize those supercute letters on solid cs to set them apart from the patterned background. i can also see them inked. Regardless, outstanding pocket page!
SHCG: The title work looks amazing and that ribbon/band across the page is just stunning! Not sure what you don't like about it but think it looks gret the way it is.
SHCG: I was gonna suggest the same as Jesse for the title. I love those letters. Where are they from? Not sure what you don't like about the sleeve. If you just want a page to hold the cards, it works! If you want something more visible, then go with a solid pocket so the ribbon shows up better. Then you could also add the year. If what you don't like is that the actual cards don't show, then toss the pocket and show off the cards like you would a photo on a lo. I like the bg pp, and I love that you keep your Holiday cards.
SHCG: I like the plastic sleeve because i don't even notice it's there! The title is very cool... kinda wish it was on a solid piece of cs to lift it from the bg. Nice page to store your cards!
