Still working on dd's 2009 dance pics -- these are from the night of the last show in the dressing room. The left and middle pics are Cassie getting ready for the finale -- the girls who are in multiple dances often wear a piece of each of their costumes when they go out and take their final bows. The right pic is her with 2 of her girlfriends.
Journaling: Cassie was one of the girls assigned to the backstage dressing rooms this year instead of the gym, and I was Backstage Dressing Room Manager. Olivia and Pauline had a quick change from L'Innocent to Giselle, and Giselle was the 3rd to last dance in the show so they stayed backstage to get ready for the finale with Cassie. They all wore parts of each of their costumes for their final bows. This was their last chance to spend time together before Olivia moved away. June 13, 2009

Monthly Sketch Challenge Week 2: I flipped the sketch. I did the twist to use punches -- Martha Stewart Scallop 3-Dot; CM corner rounder; & Fiskars Upper Crest.
Use Your Supplies Week 4 -- Ribbon, fiber, lace, doilies, & bling: I used doilies that I sprayed with Pearl Glimmer Mist and the red organza and pearl ribbon. For bling, I have gems along the bottom, the bracket, the star, and the flower center. I also did the twist by making a flower out of lace (also sprayed with Glimmer Mist).
