The ribbon strip at the top of the journal block is a definition of Yellowstone National Park from an old dictionary and reads: Yellowstone National Park The largest and oldest of the United States national parks largely in NW Wyoming; 3,458 sq. mi.; established, 1872.

Journaling: Tower Fall was named for the adjacent volcanic peaks. We drove along Beartooth Pass Highway where we say these jagged mountains. This beautiful rainbow followed a brief shower of rain.
